1. SERVICEi. I reserve the right to deny service for anyone, no matter the reason.ii. Unless requested otherwise, I will post all finished commissioned art pieces I make to my social media accounts listed in this carrd.2. COMMERCIAL/PERSONAL USEi. Any finished commissioned artwork I make can be used by the client for personal use with proper credit. (ex: Twitch, Profile Pictures, Sharing, etc.)ii. I do not consent to any of my finished artworks being used to train AI generators, commercial use or redistributed without credit3. PAYMENTi. I take all payment for commissions through my kofi page which is listed in my socials.4. CANCELLATIONi. Clients have the right to cancel a commission at certain points in the process, but there will be cancellation fees.ii. If a client requests to cancel during the sketching process, they will receive their full original payment.iii. If a client requests to cancel during the lining process, they will receive 80% of their original payment.iiii. If a client requests to cancel during the colouring process, they will receive 50% of their original payment.iiiii. If a client requests to cancel during the rendering process, they will be denied their refund request and receive the finished art.5. CONTACTi. Clients may contact me at any point via discord and ask for updates on the art piece.ii. If a client acts highly disrespectful towards me during the time I am working on the art piece, I will cancel the commission following the cancellation section above.
